This course is designed to strengthen students’ skills in reading non-fiction texts and mastering grammar in a meaningful, engaging way. Perfect for Grades 3 to 6, it combines informative reading with practical grammar lessons to build strong, confident readers and writers.

In this course, students will:

  • Explore non-fiction texts such as biographies, news articles, science and history passages
  • Learn how to identify main ideas, key details, and text features (headings, captions, charts)
  • Practice summarizing, making inferences, and critical thinking skills
  • Improve grammar through focused lessons on sentence structure, parts of speech, punctuation, and verb tenses
